Patsy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
The lord called Patsy Lobato Wilkinson home on April 5, 2019. She was born in Fruita, Colorado on August 21, 1945, to Josie and Filidelfio Lobato. She is survived by her sons, James, Jason (Lisa), and Justin (Michelle) Wilkinson; her siblings, Cliseria Bruce, Elmer Lobato, and Dolores Muniz; and her grandchildren, Skyler Ferguson, Hailey, Ashton, Colby, Dasen, and Swade Wilkinson.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Josie and Filidelfio Lobato, her granddaughter, Kirstin Ann Wilkinson, and her siblings, Kenneth Lobato, Juanita Archuleta, and Leland Lobato.
Patsy was known in her community as “the burrito lady.” She loved to make food for everybody, and taught all of her sons to cook. Patsy had many friends and she was loved by all.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday April 11, 2019 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 65 East 500 North, Orem, Utah. A visitation will be held at the church at 10:00 a.m. prior to services, followed by a Rosary at 10:45 a.m. Interment, Provo City Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.bergmortuary.com.
