All athletes participating in sports in Carbon and Emery counties are required to have a physical before they are allowed to participate.
In Carbon County, there will be a free physical day on July 10, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Dr. Kelly Jensen’s office. No appointment will be necessary. The office is located at 280 Hospital Drive, next to Castleview Hospital. Puzzle Pediatrics will also be offering free physicals every Thursday throughout July. In Emery County, on Tuesday August 6, physicals will be available at Emery Medical Center. They will be offered from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for last names A through L and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for last names M through Z. The cost will be $30 cash pay, upon request your insurance can be billed. The building is located at 90 West Main Street in Castle Dale.
