In their last bout of action before the holidays, the Pinnacle Panthers hosted the Dugway Mustangs Wednesday night and managed a 60-38 victory.
Pinnacle grabbed an early lead, ending the first 19-5 and continuing to lead into halftime by more than 10 points. The Panthers continued their work into the third and the fourth, never giving up their lead.
Valentin Acosta led the Panthers in scoring, managing 13 points with two three-pointers. Kaden Daughters also made it into double digits with his 11 points and single three-point shot.
The Panthers will take a break for the holidays and will start the new year with a faceoff against Green River on Friday, Jan. 6.
