Pinnacle Students Do Well at Automotive Competition

Three students from Pinnacle Canyon Academy who take automotive classes at USU Eastern recently participated in an auto competition. The students did well and will all receive scholarships if they choose to attend USU Eastern and take part in the auto repair program after high school.

The following are the results from the competition:
Baylan Nelson took second place overall and first place for Pinnacle school
Roper Sacco-Grange took fifth place overall and second place for Pinnacle school
Harley Barker took third place for Pinnacle school

In addition, the students will represent Pinnacle in a Skills USA competition in the near future. Nelson will participate in the automotive repair competition, Sacco-Grange in the small engine repair competition and Barker will be representing Pinnacle in a job skills demonstration. Also, Chandon Montgomery will be representing Pinnacle in a job skills demonstration.
