Pinnacle’s Road Struggles Continue

The Panthers were on the road for their last two games against Whitehorse on Friday and Monticello on Tuesday.

After gaining a 10-4 lead early verse Whitehorse, the Panthers defense sputtered. Pinnacle went on to lose 76-48. Ben Scott and Riley Wilson led the Panthers with 10 points. Taio Badback had a team-high eight rebounds. Lanedon Bob from Whitehorse led the game with 22 points.

Secure in first place, Monticello blew past Pinnacle in their matchup, winning 79-30, to remain undefeated in region play. Scott again led the Panthers in scoring. He accounted for 17 of the team’s 30 points. Jon Stoddard led the team with six rebounds in the contest.

Pinnacle (4-18, 1-8 Region 19) hosts its last game of the year on Friday against Green River (10-9, 6-3 Region 19). Come and support the Panthers’ seniors on senior night.
