Hundreds of fans waited Thursday for the midnight showing of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two” at the Price Theatre.

Tickets went on sale at 8 a.m., but many fans were waiting in line as early as 7 p.m. Wednesday night.

Potter fan Jason Johnson said, “I’m so excited to see this movie because I love Harry Potter and my favorite character would have to be Luna Lovegood.”

Chris Vlamakis said, “I have read all the books and seen the movies multiple times, and I can’t wait for this movie!”

Theatre representatives expected full houses throughout the weekend. They also expected the movie to stay at the Price Theatre for a minimum of a few weeks.
