Seth Gordon Peterson appeared before 7th District Court Judge George Harmond Tuesday morning where the decision was made to seek a preliminary hearing in the double homicide case.
Peterson appeared in person with his attorney, Rudy Bautista, during the proceedings. Bautista expressed the desire to set a hearing in the future where adequate time would be available to discuss the matter.
Judge Harmond responded that he desired to proceed in the best interest of Bautista and Peterson. A preliminary hearing was then set for April 26 at 9 a.m.
Peterson was arrested in November and is charged with two counts of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and failure to stop or respond at the command of police,
