After nine months of intensive investigation, Price City Police Department has closed the Greenwell robbery case which took place on August 28, 2012. Two male assailants held up a female clerk with a shotgun and stole an undisclosed amount of money during the August incident.
On Friday, Price resident Joseph McKinnon, was booked into the Carbon County Jail for Armed Robbery. It is anticipated that formal charges will be filed by the Carbon County Attorney’s Office against co-defendant, Demce Perri, also of Price, who is currently incarcerated at the Utah State Prison on unrelated charges.
