PRWID Announces Water Line Break Issue Resolved

At 9 a.m. Thursday morning, PRWID announced on its website that water is back on all over the valley.

In the announcement, the company thanked all of the residents that were without water and apologized that the occurrence brought on such an inconvenience to so many and stressed that it was not a planned event.

The statement went on the thank all other water system users for conserving water. PRWID thanked Price City Public Works, the Helper, Wellington and Price City fire departments as well as the Carbon County road department and Emergency Management.

The company also thanked UDOT and the State of Utah as well as the Southeastern Utah Health District. NELCO, Waste & Water Logistics, Sutherlands and Walmart were also thanked. Finally, PRWID thanked the community for the outpouring of support to the employees as well as the employees themselves and their families for such a willingness to respond to the emergency.
