The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on the adoption of the proposed budget for FY 2019-2020. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday June 6, 2019 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah.
