Green River outdoor enthusiasts shared their thoughts and opinions on which trails need growth, signage and more during a meeting this week.
Public Lands Solutions (PLS) presented a map to discuss various Green River events and where those activities take place. They spoke about what needs those events/activities may have to improve the event and trails for visitors.
“If we are going to have visitors, you need to tell them where to go, exactly where to go,” said Ashely Korenblat with PLS.
The group also discussed specific signs that are needed in the area as well as right of ways that the city needs to maintain.
“The objective of this meeting is for you guys to give us homework,” Korenblat continued. “So, success!”
PLS will now work with the Bureau of Land Management to research these areas and the needs presented by Green River citizens. The group will work with them to try and realize these goals.
