The Emery County Community Reinvestment Agency will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 03, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in order to take public comment on the Plan and Budget for the Castle Solar Project Area. At the public hearing the agency will hear public comment on and objections to the Plan and Budget of the proposed Project Area, including whether either should be revised, approved or rejected. The Agency will also receive all written objections to the Plan. All interested persons are invited to submit to the Agency written comments on the Plan and Budget before the date of the hearing. Please submit any written comments on the Plan and Budget to the Emery County Commissioners. This Public Hearing will take place on Tuesday, March 03, 2020 in the Commission Chambers of the Emery County Administration Building located at 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale.
Copies of the Plan and Budget are available for review in the Emery County Commission Office, Emery County Clerk/Auditor’s Office or on the Emery County website.
