The City of Green River is accepting applications for an appointed position on the Planning Commission Board.
The positions needing to be filled (1 each) are:
1. Regular Member: The terms of office for the commission shall be four (4) years; provided that the term of one member shall expire on December 31 of the final year of appointment.
2. Alternate Member: The term of appointment of the alternate member shall be for a period of up to one year. The terms of the alternate member shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they are appointed. The alternate shall act as proxy for any member when there is a vacant seat at a regular meeting. All other rules, duties and responsibilities shall be consistent with those outlined for planning commission members.
Applications to apply will be at the Green River City Hall, 460 E Main Street Green River, Utah 84525. Offices are open 8:00 am – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Federal holidays are observed.
