Notices is hereby given that SCOFIELD TOWN (OWNER) will accept bids for the drilling of the WINTER QUARTERS WELL #2 according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER – CRS ENGINEERS, and described in general as:
Drilling an 8-inch culinary well to a depth of 600-feet by air rotary drilling method, well development, and pump testing.
Separate sealed bids will be received via email to the ENGINEER at mark.chandler@crsengineers.com until 2:00 p.m. on November 3, 2023 and then publicly read at that time via Teams. (Meeting ID: 256 859 106 367| Passcode: ePRBNq)
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Mark Chandler at mark.chandler@crsengineers.com. Last day for questions is November 1, 2023.
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the Town. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
