PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington met in regular session on October 11, 2023, and resolved by Resolution No. 2023-11 that pursuant to Utah Code annotated 20A-1-206 all conditions were met to cancel the 2023 municipal election. The number of municipal officer candidates does not exceed the number of open at-large municipal offices for which the candidates have filed.
