NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Commission will hold a public hearing on April 16, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in Commission Chambers at 75 E Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to consider the adoption pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 72-3-108, to vacate the county road located: From the point that the public road enters from the West the NE¼NE¼ of Section S16 T21S R7E, and crosses through the NE¼NE¼ of Section S16, T21S R7E, S½SE¼SE¼ of Section S9 T21S R7E; S½S½ of Section S10 T21S R7E, and the N½ of S15 T21S R7E, where it terminates.
Interested persons may submit data, views, and arguments at that time regarding whether the vacation of the road should or should not be adopted. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing held at the Commission Meeting on April 16, 2024, at @3:00 p.m. Interested persons may acquire data and views at that time regarding whether the vacation of the road should or should not be adopted.
