Wellington City hereby gives notice under Utah Code Section 11-36a-504 that a public hearing has been scheduled for August 10, 2022, at 6 PM to discuss the proposed adoption of the Water Conservation Plan. The public hearing will be held at the Wellington City Hall, 150 W Main, Wellington.
The Division of Water Resources requires that the Water Conservation Plan is updated and adopted by the city every 5 years. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed adoption of the plan.
In addition to appearing at the public hearing, interested persons may submit written comments regarding the proposed funding application to Gracie Procarione, City Recorder at 150 West Main, Wellington, UT. 84542 or at gprocarione@wellingtonutah.org. Comments must be submitted by August 9, 2022.
