NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Orangeville City, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for City Council seats
than seats to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates Utah Code 20A-9-601; and candidates were unopposed; therefore, the election to be held on November 21, 2023, is hereby canceled pursuant to Utah Code 20A-l-20l (l).
The following candidates are herby declared elected:
Shaun Bell for a 4-year term until January, 2029
Gregory Jewkes for a 4-year term until January, 2029
Douglas Stilson for a 4-year term until January, 2029
