The City of Orangeville is selling 1) 1997 Chev Pickup 2) 1991 Ford ¾ Ton F261 3) 1986 FMC Street Sweeper 4) 1985 Chevy S-10 Pickup. Sealed bids can be dropped off at City Hall, 25 N Main, Orangeville, Utah during regular business hours. Bids will be opened at the following City Council meeting held June 9th, 2022 at 7:00 pm. Bids will be accepted until June 9th at 5:00 pm. All bids shall be accepted on the condition that the purchase price shall be paid by the highest bidder immediately or a reasonable time determined by the Council. Bids and proposals must include the following information. 1) Which vehicle you are wanting to bid on. 2) the total price that is offered to be paid for the purchase of said vehicle. 3) the method, form and timing of payment that will be utilized to pay for said vehicle. 4)any additional information deemed pertinent by the submitter. Orangeville City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received if the bids are believed to be less than the fair market value of the vehicle. All vehicles are for sale in “AS IS” condition.
