Southeastern Utah Economic Development District and the CEDS Committee present a draft of the 2023 – 2028 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the southeastern Utah region. The purpose of the CEDS is to identify regional economic development strategies and develop an action plan in Carbon, Emery, Grand and San Juan Counties.
The draft CEDS is available for review at 375 South Carbon Ave, Price, Utah 84501 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. An electronic version of the CEDS is available at the following URL: bit.ly/seueddCEDS.
Comments will be accepted from August 21, 2023, until September 20, 2023. Comments should be submitted in writing by mail or emailed to:
