Students at Castle Dale Elementary who met their reading goal were recently privileged to spend the afternoon sledding on the big hill on their playground.
Each class set goals as to how many Accelerated Reading points the students could each. If these goals were met, they were invited to a sledding party on Friday. Of students ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade, 99% of the student body were able to participate.
Hot chocolate and donuts were treats for all participants following a great time outside.
