On March 19, Litzi Villalba was crowned Miss Emery County’s Outstanding Teen. Litzi will now be joining her family in Lehi this upcoming school year and will no longer be able to represent Emery County. Because Litzi will be unable to fulfill her duties as Outstanding Teen, she will be passing down her title to first runner up Lexi Gale.
Though saddened that she will be leaving her home town, Litzi is happily overwhelmed with all the support and ongoing love that Emery County has given her. Lexi Gale, as her runner up, will take over duties and responsibilities that are included with being Miss Emery County’s Outstanding Teen.
