Emery High School is requesting bids for Athletic Training/Medical Professional services for home athletic events
Qualifications:
• Must be willing to commit to approximately 40-45 home events during the school year, most of which occur during evening hours
• Appropriate professional licensure
• Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and parents
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Proposals should include the following (at a minimum):
• The hourly rate for services
• The names and qualifications of the individual or individuals who are expected to provide services.
• Details about professional licensure for the individual or individuals who are proposed to provide services.
Bid Procedures:
Submit a sealed bid to Principal Steven Gordon by 5 pm on Friday, February 26, 2021.
Bids will be reviewed by a committee with the following scoring criteria:
• Up to 50 points will be awarded for price proposal
• Up to 50 points will be awarded for professional experience
The bidder with the highest score will be selected.
