REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Notice of Request for Proposal: Surplus Property for Sale

The Board of Trustees of the Price River Water Improvement District has determined that the parcel and property represented in the attached image is hereby declared surplus. The District is notifying any party or individual that such parcel is available for sale. Proposals for the purchase of said property, building, and associated appurtenances will be accepted at the District Service Center until Noon, November 30, 2018; at which time all proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. It is anticipated that a proposal will be accepted at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees at 7:00 on December 4, 2018.

All existing easements, rights-of-way, and encumbrances will remain in full force and effect. The Price River Water Improvement District makes no guarantee to access of utilities or access and egress. Any further questions or information requested may be directed to Jeffery R.
