LAND OPPORTUNITY
The State of Utah Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) is seeking request for proposals (RFPs) for sale, lease, joint development or exchange for the following property:
Township 21 South, Range 7 East, SLB&M
Section 2: All (642.76 Acres M/L)
SUBJECT TO all easements of record or prescriptive.
Applications and proposals are due no later than October 18, 2024, and should be sent to the address below. Interested parties must submit a check for the appropriate application and review fees. All fees submitted are non-refundable. All proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:
1. Income potential to the Trust Land Administration
2. Enhancement of adjacent trust lands by the proposed use
3. Desirability of proposed use
4. Proposed timetable for development
5. Ability of applicant to perform
