Internal Resolutions ended the week with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday afternoon. The company boasts the addition of a unique service to the area by providing psychotherapy and hypnosis. Before the opening of Internal Resolutions on July 9, those that wished to seek hypnosis would have to drive over an hour for services.
Owner Heather Towndrow (CH, LCSW) and her husband and co-owner Marcos Navarro (CCH) are trained and certified through the National Guild of Hypnosis and can assist individuals with tobacco addiction, weight loss, stress and tension, and the ability to cope with pain.
The duo have both had extensive schooling and obtained degrees in their respective fields. Those that would like to become clients at Internal Resolutions may either be self-referred or receive a referral from their medical provider. New clients begin with a phone consultation to discuss services and goals. Some are covered by insurance and some are not.
