Members of the community gathered with the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting at Halos & Horns on Tuesday.
Halos & Horns opened its doors on May 1 and is owned by David Whittemore. The tattoo parlor offers coverups as well as black, grey and color tattoos. Halos & Horns also does piercings. The parlor is health department inspected and accepts walk ins.
