Caleb Woolsey, Castle Dale, lost control of his vehicle on the east bend entering Castle Dale late Friday afternoon.

Woolsey allegedly fell asleep, drifted into oncoming traffic and over corrected his pest control vehicle, which led to multiple rolls. The vehicle came to a stop on its side. The incident left debris scattered across both lanes.

Woolsey was transported to Castleview Hospital where he was treated for road rash injuries. He was released after a few hours of observation.

The accident was the third single-car accident between Castle Dale and Huntington in a two-day span.
