Pleasant Valley Days played host a pageant for young girls ages six through 12 on Friday afternoon in conjunction with the many events that took part of the annual celebration. A total of 12 girls participated in the pageant.
Each girl had an introduction before being given a question to answer and then showcasing a talent for the judges and audience. Whoever won the queen’s crown was welcomed to be in a float for the parade the following morning. All of the young ladies were given a t-shirt, small crown and a goodie bag for their participation.
The pageant started with the Mini Miss contestants, moved to the Little Miss and ended with the Junior Miss. The Mini Miss was awarded to Anastasia Snow while Remi Montgomery received the best smile award. The best eyes award went to Elise Casaday and Elyra Moreo was presented as Princess. The Little Miss award for best eyes went to Pheobe Jackson while the best personality was awarded to Olivia Pope and best smile was given to Hannah Westman. The queen for Little Miss was Kinlee Bradley.
For the Junior Miss winners, best personality was presented to Zoey Passey. Best smile went to Andy Wood and best eyes went to Abbey Wessman. Brylee Cloward won the Junior Miss of Pleasant Valley Days crown.
