A group of students at Sally Mauro Elementary, better known as the Sally Mauro Singers, gathered together on Thursday morning and traveled to numerous nursing homes in the Carbon County area to sing for the inhabitants.
Some of the homes that they went to includes Pinnacle Care Center, Parkdale Health and Rehab Center, Heirloom Inn and Beehive Homes. The students sang songs such as “High-5” and “Silly April Song.” The singers were pleased to entertain the members of the homes and likewise, the inhabitants enjoyed experiencing the songs presented.
