The San Rafael Bulldogs and the Canyon View Cougars traveled to Emery High School to play their annual end of season football game under the lights.
The Bulldogs came out strong, scoring early in the first quarter. Both teams battled it out throughout the game. Koda Alton scored for San Rafael on a rushing play with about five minutes to go in the half. Canyon View didn’t back down and Rance Jensen was able to run one in for six points before half.
Both teams stepped up their defense in the second. Canyon View was able to score late in the game on a 10-yard run by Jensen. Alton also scored late in the fouth quarter on a long running play to clinch the game. The Bulldogs ended finished the game strong, winning 22-12.
