A Savage coal truck collided with В a pick-up truck yesterday afternoon forcing a short closure of HWY 6.
Corporal Johnson, Utah Highway Patrol PIO, reported an accident between a Savage semi and a pick-up truck hauling a trailer at the East Carbon junction state road 123 and HWY 6 at 4:51p.m. Wednesday afternoon. В Johnson was not sure how the collision occured as of yet, however the semi tipped on it’s side as it was turning onto HWY 6. There was a fuel and coal leak which lead to the closure of HWY 6 while crews cleaned up. Two involved in the accident were transported to Castleview with minor injuries.
