With the completion of many of the projects the Utah Department of Transportation had been conducting in the area, motorists may see a bit less construction happening this week. The following is a summary of the projects that are continuing in Southeastern Utah:

U.S. 6 Microsurfacing

Location: U.S. 6 Near Helper
Impact: Minimal delay (Contract amount includes Ferron and Castle Dale micro-surfaces.)
Activity: Rotomiilling from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
San Juan County
U.S. 191, Wilson Arch to La Sal Junction
Contract: W.W. Clyde & Co.
Amount: $2,194,243
Location: Mileposts 100 to 104
Impact: * Single lane closure * Delays of up to 15 minutes
Activity: * Rotomilling * Removing guardrail
