Southeastern Utah Weekly UDOT Construction Update, Carbon Avenue Reopens

The railroad maintenance that closed part of Carbon Avenue, beginning Sunday, has been completed. Utah Department of Transportation Spokesman Kevin Kitchen said the construction had wrapped up on Tuesday at 8 p.m., opening one of Price City’s main thoroughfares back up to traffic.
