The Emery baseball team lost a nail-biter to the visiting Cedar Redmen Friday, 1-0.
Cedar scored in the second for the only score of the game. The Spartans managed just three hits.
Baylee Bolotas had another strong performance on the mound, but slipped to 3-1 on the season.
Emery (6-3, 1-0 Region 15) will host region 15 foe Monticello (1-2, 0-0 Region 15) tomorrow.
