The Helper Civic Auditorium plays host to a myriad of events, meetings and more throughout the course of a year. Annually, one of those events is the St. Anthony’s of Padua Catholic Carnival. The carnival once again took place over the weekend of Nov. 2-4.
A turkey dinner on Thursday was served from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. while Saturday’s dinner, hosted from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., featured a Mexican feast. Food, drink, family and fun was available for each person that attended the carnival looking for enjoyment.
Also available for those in attendance was bingo, a bucket raffle and silent auction with a number of prizes for all the activities and games.
