All Heirs of Gary Parl Thorngren who is Deceased, Including Lylia Thorngren; All Heirs of Lylia Thorngren who is Deceased, Including Clifford Price, Clinton Price, Evan Price, Donald Price, Lydia Heniger, Vicky Hunt, Eldon Price, and Verda Carol Huntington; and  all Unknown Persons who Claim any Interest in the Subject Matter of this Action,
Defendants.
The State of Utah to all of the above-captioned defendants except Clifford Price, Clinton Price, Evan Price, Donald Price, Lydia Heniger, Vicky Hunt, Eldon Price, and Verda Carol Huntington:

The above Court has entered an Order for Service by Publication, which Order is dated December 20, 2018, ordering a 30-day Summons to be served upon you by means of publication in the ETV News, a newspaper of general circulation in Carbon County, State of Utah, once each week for three consecutive weeks, with service to be complete on the last date of publication.

Therefore,

You are hereby summoned and required to file an Answer in writing to the Complaint for Quiet Title no later than 30 days after the date of the last publication of this Summons in the ETV News.  You must file your written Answer with the Clerk of the court at 120 East Main Street, Price, UT 84501, and mail or deliver a copy of your Answer to plaintiffs’ attorney, Michael R. Jensen, 90 West 100 North, Suite 3, Price, UT 84501.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  The Complaint is on file with the court.

As the alternatives to answering the Complaint, you may either (1) sign, date, and mail to or deliver to the court clerk and to plaintiffs’ attorney, Michael R. Jensen, at their respective addresses set forth above, your disclaimer and consent to entry of default no later than 30 days after the date of last publication of this Summons in the ETV News, or (2) not answer the Complaint.  Under either of said two alternatives, costs will not be awarded in favor of plaintiffs against you.

This is an action to quiet title in favor of plaintiffs and against all of the above-captioned defendants, in and to that certain real property located at 461 East Main Street, Wellington, Carbon County, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point 618 feet and 9 inches East of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, T15S, R11E, SLB&M, and running thence East 100 feet and 3 inches; thence North 404 feet and 2 inches; thence West 100 feet and 3 inches; thence South 404 feet and 2 inches to the point of beginning.

Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging.

Tax Parcel No. 1B-0138-0000.
