You are hereby summoned and required to file, with the Clerk of the above-entitled Court, 120 E. Main St., Price, UT 84501, an Answer in writing to a Complaint that has been filed in the above-entitled case, and to serve upon or mail to plaintiff’s attorney, Michael R. Jensen, Attorney at Law, P. C., 90 W. 100 N., Suite 3, Price, UT 84501, a copy of said Answer, no later than 21 days after the date of the third publication of this Summons in the ETV Newspaper, which dates of publication are set forth below. The above-entitled case is an action to quiet title in favor of plaintiff, or in the alternative for a declaratory judgment or an order of specific performance that the plaintiff is the sole owner, in and to the real property located at 58 W. Main St., Price, Carbon County, State of Utah, described as follows: Beginning at a point 132.25 feet East of the Southwest Corner of Lot 2, Block 41, Price Townsite Survey, and running thence North 157.5 feet; thence East 25 feet; thence South 157.5 feet; thence West 25 feet to the point of beginning (Tax Parcel No. 01-0483-0000).  If you claim an interest in the subject real property, and fail to timely serve and file an Answer to plaintiff’s Complaint, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief sought.  You may obtain a copy of the Complaint at the Clerk’s office of the above-entitled Court.
