Tuesday evening at Sally Mauro Elementary School, students and family members could be found in the school’s auditorium and lunchroom enjoying what the school has deemed Taco Tuesday.
The local Price Taco Time graciously provided free tacos for everyone to enjoy. Chips and salsa, along with other small sides, were also provided at the event. One community member at the school stated how wonderful Taco Time had been to work with.
The attendees were also welcomed to enjoy Bingo while eating. The prizes that were given during the bingo games were provided by the members of the school’s PTA. At the front doors a table was set up for the students to get a Sally Mauro t-shirt and sign a poster board that will be given to Taco Time to thank them for their generosity.
