The Fierce Fighting Championship Takes the Fight Outside With the Balance Rock Brawl

The Fierce Fighting Championship welcomed a large crowd to the Helper Legion Baseball Field on Saturday evening when they hosted the Balance Rock Brawl.

This fight was unique from others that have been hosted by the Fierce Fighting Championship before as it was set outdoors. Fierce MMA and Fitness owner Cody Bunderson, alongside his partners, host the events and expressed their gratitude toward Helper for the support of the show.

A special thanks was also expressed to the fighters that came out and put it all on the line to ensure that it happened. Special VIP sections with many amenities were also available at a special ticket price.

Some of the fighters in attendance were experiencing their first fight while some were there to make improvements, comebacks and belts that changed hands. Bunderson stated that there was not one bad performance during the entirety of the event and that all that participated were warriors.

“We owe a special thanks to Helper City, Jeff Cisneros, fans across the state and everyone in Carbon County for making this event one to remember,” Bunderson shared. “We love our Fierce MMA family and our loving community.”

For the first fight, Campos versus Burgess, Burgess came out triumphant with all judges scoring the same UD. Twitchell versus Weathers was next with the latter being named the winner guillotine at 1:02. Brioulette versues Meacham was the third fight of the night with Meacham named as champ with 29/27, 29/28 and 29/28.

The fourth fight, Cabalis versus Atkinson saw Atkinson on top with submission at 2:10. Dean versus Zicker ended with scores of 29/28, 29/28, 28/30 with Dean as the winner.

  2. Prestriege versus Prado, winner Prestriege TKO third round :46
  3. Blanka versus Descheenie, winner Descheenie with a rear naked choke third round
  4. Thompson versus Kearsley, winner Kearsley KO 3:20 first round
  5. Phommabout versus Rowland, winner Phommabout 30/25, 30, 25, 30/27
