Helper City now boasts yet another improvement thanks to the generosity of local residents and organizations.
One of the city’s most recent improvements is the updated historical information sign at the Main Street park. The sign is complete with photos and a description of Historic Helper Main Street on one side while the other side features steam engines that have made their way through the city. The sign encourages visitors and locals alike to take a Main Street walking tour to note the similarities and differences between the city many years ago and today.
Jason Huntzinger spearheaded the effort, which was funded by the Helper Project.
