While the bar is not usually open on a Wednesday at noon, the owners of The Tipsy Tavern welcomed members of the community to enjoy the tavern as part of a ribbon cutting.
The newly-opened bar is owned by Penny Popejoy and brings a fun, laid-back atmosphere to local residents. At The Tipsy Tavern, customers can enjoy pool, music and darts along with their drinks while a private room serves as a space for parties.
Customers can get a taste for The Tipsy Tavern during a grand opening celebration on Jan. 21. During the tavern’s regular business hours, members of the community are invited to come enjoy music, drinks, food and fun as The Tipsy Tavern celebrates the new bar with customers.
The Tipsy Tavern is located at 189 North Carbonville Road in Price. Customers can enjoy the bar starting at 5 p.m. Tuesday though Saturday.
