Here is a look back at the top 10 most read news stories on etv10news.com in 2015:

1.  Cleveland Family Identified in Fatal Highway 6 Accident

The Utah Highway Patrol verified that the Jacobson family from Cleveland was involved in a fatal accident on Highway 6 on Saturday afternoon. The Jacobson family was traveling on Highway 6 when another vehicle pulled onto the highway from SR 89. The family was unable to slow their pickup that was hauling a horse trailer and collided with the vehicle.

Driving the pickup was 38-year-old Landon Jacobson, who suffered critical injuries. Heather Jacobson, Landon’s 38-year-old wife, along with their seven-year-old son Broc, died on scene. Bowdie Jacobson, 16, sustained critical injuries.

2. Rollover Near Consumers Canyon Leaves Two Dead.

A rollover on Highway 6 near Consumers Canyon left two dead and one injured on Friday afternoon. The accident occurred only a few minutes before 1 p.m. According to the Utah Highway Patrol, a white 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix was driving west on SR-6 near mile post 235 when it crossed the center lane and went into two lanes of oncoming traffic. A Gray 2009 Toyota Tacoma was traveling east in lane two when the Pontiac struck it head on.

3. Two Dead Following Accident Near Wellington

A two-vehicle accident resulted in a double fatality on Thursday morning. According to Sgt. Todd Royce from the Utah Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 5:06 a.m. at milepost 251 on Highway 6 near Wellington. A 2004 Nissan Sentra traveling westbound crossed two lanes and impacted head on with eastbound 2006 Chevy HHR.

4. Fatal One-Vehicle Accident on 1st North in Price

This Friday evening, there was a one-vehicle accident that occurred on 1st North in Price across the street from the Heirloom Inn. The vehicle involved in the accident was seen swerving on the road, crossing over into oncoming traffic before running into a light pole. The driver did not survive the accident.

5. Bonfire Leaves Teenagers Burned On Thanksgiving Weekend

A gas can exploded on a group of juveniles that were having a bonfire in Orangeville. One of the juveniles poured fuel directly from the gas can onto the fire causing it to explode. The incident occurred Friday during the Thanksgiving weekend at approximately 9:30 p.m.

6. AP&P Agent Arrested on Sex Charge

On Tuesday evening, Price resident Samual Thomas Bowman, 34, was arrested by officers from the Carbon Metro Drug Task Force, Price Police Department, Carbon County Sheriff’s Office and Wellington Police Department at a location south of Wellington. The arrest came after drug task force officers were informed by a confidential informant that Bowman, who is an agent assigned to the Price office of Utah Adult Probation and Parole, was allegedly involved in a sexual relationship with a female probationer he supervises.

7. Search Warrant Leads to Arrest of Trio for Drug Charges

On Sunday at about 11:15 a.m., Price City Police officers were dispatched to the Roscrea Apartments #D103 on report of a suspicious man. The man was allegedly repeatedly going in and out of the apartment, and when outside, would engage himself in an animated discussion.

Price City Officers Brandon Ratcliffe, Shawn Sackett and Detective Dave Wilkinson responded and came in contact with Charles J. “CJ” McManus, 36, of East Carbon, the reported suspicious male. Based on contact with McManus, officers came in contact with Michelle Lynn Holley, 35, of Price, the resident of the apartment. Tiffany Ann Herron, 35, of Price, was also in the apartment along with two other adult males (identities are known but not released as they have not been arrested or charged with anything at this time).

8. Kaitlyn Hansen, 15, Dies in Rollover Accident

At approximately 10:15 p.m. Saturday, Carbon County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a single-vehicle rollover on Pinnacle Canyon Road northwest of Price.

Investigation at the scene by Carbon County Deputy Sawyer Leonard revealed that a gray Ford F-150 pickup driven by a 16-year-old male left the gravel roadway and rolled on its top, coming to the rest at the bottom of a 25-foot ravine, approximately 50 feet off the west side of the road.

9. Carbon County Officer, Emergency Operations Director Arrested for Theft

Jason Llewelyn, a certified officer working for the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office, has been placed on unpaid administrative leave and booked into the Emery County Jail on theft-related offenses. Jason Llewelyn serves as the Emergency Operations Director for the County and is a ten-year veteran with the sheriff’s office.

10. Suspect Arrested After Months-Long Investigation

For several months, agents from the Carbon Metro Drug Task Force have been investigating the drug pushing activities of Amber Hafer, DOB 4-9-85, a resident of the Price area. Agents determined that Ms. Hafer has been living in, and dealing from unit #132 of the storage sheds located at 2750 S Hwy 10, south of Price. The storage units are not zoned for residential living.
