Members of the community along with the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce gathered on Helper’s Main Street Friday afternoon to congratulate three women in the opening of their new business, Toy Store & More.
Toy Store & More is the brainchild of Malarie Matsuda, Lita Riley and Sarah Lefler. The three women each bring something unique to the Helper business with Matsuda overseeing the toys while Riley offers candy as well as her hand-made goat milk soap, lotion and bath bombs. Lefler will also be offering items from her Wellness Within line of essential oil holistic wellness products. She carries a full line of essential oils as well as custom made products such as sprays, rollers and more.
Shoppers can visit the Toy Store & More at 208 South on Helper’s Historic Main Street next to The Rio Theatre. While hours are subject to change, customers can stay up to date on current hours of operation and learn more about the business on its Facebook page.
For the month of October, customers can enjoy 20% off all toys as part of Melissa and Doug anniversary month. Those shopping for charitable organizations, such as Sub for Santa or the Angel Tree, can also receive a discount a 30% off toys with appropriate documentation.
