The Utah Manufacturing Association (UMA) is traveling throughout the state to celebrate Manufacturing Day, which took place on Oct. 5, by honoring those businesses that contribute so greatly to the effort.
On Wednesday, the UMA made a stop in Price to visit those that work diligently at Tram Electric to celebrate their contribution to manufacturing. Keith Robb, Tram Electric Senior Director, stated that he felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to get the recognition from local authorities as well as the UMA.
“We are pleased to be a part of something bigger than ourselves and our county and for the opportunity to make a difference; and I really believe we are,” Robb stated.
Tram Electric was established in 1981 and has since been building a strong and trusting relationship with its employees, the community and more. The company’s goal is to make its customer’s operation more reliable and profitable.
While visiting Tram Electric, the UMA treated the employees to Dunford donuts and beverages.
