The State of Utah Trust Lands Administration is seeking sealed bids on the following property near Joes Valley in Emery County:
Township 17 South, Range 6 East, SLB&M
Section 36: E2E2 (Approximately 160 Acres M/L)
The property will be sold through a sealed bid process. Sealed bids are due no later than November 15, 2019, and should include a check in the amount of the purchase price of the subject property. A letter describing the intended use of the property should be included with the sealed bid.
