Tuesday’s match featured Union and Emery on the pitch in Castle Dale. It was not a clean game for the home team as it conceded two goals in the first half.
The Lady Cougar defense proved tough, consistently keeping the Spartans out of the goal. Union went on to defeat Emery 3-0.
Up next, Emery (2-6) will travel to take on Maeser Prep (3-1) on Thursday.
