United Way of Eastern Utah, a local nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives of families in the local area, awarded a series of grants to different entities on Friday.
Grants were given to Community Nursing Services, Community Rebuilds, Wabisabi and Active Re-Entry. They were awarded $1,000, $2,000, $2,000 and $4,000 respectively.
After, United Way of Eastern Utah provided a lunch for recipients.
