USU Eastern’s 13th annual Bread вЂN Soup Night to benefit the Carbon County Food Bank will begin Monday, November 7 and continueВ consecutive Mondays until Thanksgiving (November 7, 14 and 21).
CEU student, Amanda Van Wagoner, a native of Mapleton, and SUN Center student in charge of the event notes that “because of the way the holidays fall this year, we are only able to offer three nights of Bread вЂN Soup.”
She especially encourages attendees to mark their calendars and “come out early” so as not to miss any of the fun.
