On Tuesday, Oct. 23, the cosmetology program at USU Eastern hosted its annual fantasy hair contest.
All those in the program participated in the contest to see who had the most creative hair and makeup for the Halloween season. Samantha Bell received first place in technique for the second year in a row. Megan Campbell took second place with technique and Tia Mondragon left with third place in technique.
There were also honorable mentions for some of those who participated. Some of them were Hunter Stevenson, who had mention for best makeup. Shannon Theobald received a mention for best hair and Olivia Morley had the best fantasy hair.
